All of our venues are in fantastic locations, in some of London’s best parks and we regularly offer a variety of jobs, from full time managerial positions to part time seasonal holiday placements, in each of them. As our business is quite seasonal, we especially welcome new arrivals to our teams in Spring and Summer.

PAY & HOURS

Pay is competitive and varies according to the role, skill level required and location.

Hours tend to vary according to the venue, weather, events and holidays so work patterns will be something you will need to discuss if you are invited for interview.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING & CERTIFICATION

We offer our employees appropriate training relating to their work such as Barista training, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and First Aid and in some cases this leads to external qualifications. Many of the skills you will learn at Will to Win are transferable.

Chiswick & Ealing

Will to Win is a growing public sports centre operator offering year round café destinations within London parks. All of our venues are in fantastic locations offering great opportunities for culture, leisure and a variety of sports.

This is a great opportunity for a friendly, engaging and experienced person. The job involves supervising and motivating a team of staff, managing customer flows, ensuring excellent customer service and dealing with day to day sports programme enquiries and bookings.

We are looking for a well-rounded and a practical person. Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • promoting the Centre to increase usage
  • maintaining high levels of customer care
  • training and supervising staff, including managing staff rotas
  • carrying out health and safety checks and other housekeeping duties
  • preparing and checking budgets and generating income
  • cashing-up and keeping stock records
  • purchasing equipment and supplies
  • dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies
  • preparing and maintaining statistical and financial records.

The candidate will need to demonstrate that they have excellent communication skills, experience of working in a pressurised customer facing role and managing a small team of people, good organisational skills plus strong MS Office skills and experience of working with booking software. The ideal applicant will aspire to progress to a managerial position.

Café Supervisor

Regent’s Park & Hyde Park

Will to Win is a growing public sports centre operator offering year round café destinations within London parks. All of our venues are in fantastic locations offering great opportunities for culture, leisure and a variety of sports.

This is a full-time permanent role. We are looking for people who are passionate about food and customer service. Barista training would be an advantage.

Duties include:

  • To duty coordinate the entire café operation.
  • To produce weekly financial reports manage orders, deliveries and invoices
  • To assist in the preparation and operation of events and activities.
  • Serving food and drinks to a wide range of customers with a smile.
  • Following WTW food Safety Policies to ensure high hygiene standards.

Café Supervisor may also be required to help on the sport desk where needed.

Must be flexible to work varying shifts, across any five days in seven and have experience in working in high volume, professional establishments in a customer facing role.

Good communication skills and good command of English, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, lively personality and a flexible manner. The candidate should be smart, presentable and approachable and have excellent time management.

Sports & Hospitality Assistant

Sports & Hospitality Assistant

Permanent, variable hours

£8.50 per hour, plus benefits

Regent’s Park, Hyde Park, Ealing, Chiswick

Will to Win is a growing public sports centre operator and all of our venues are in fantastic locations offering great opportunities for culture, leisure and a variety of sports.

This role is a great opportunity for those looking for an entry level position in the sports industry. Background in sports management would be a bonus.

Duties include:

Promoting the sports programme for adults and children, booking courts, pitches and courses, dealing with customer queries in person, via phone and/or e-mails. Centre Assistants will also be required to serve refreshments if required. Other duties include managing cardholder records, helping to maintain the database, selling of sports goods and liaising with sports coaches to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Must be flexible to work varying shifts, across any five days in seven and have experience in working in high volume, professional establishments in a customer facing role.

Good communication skills and good command of English, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, lively personality and a flexible manner. The candidate should be smart, presentable and approachable and have excellent time management.

We are also interested to hear from students looking for a seasonal summer position, particularly those interested in progressing to a career in catering or events.

  • This is a seasonal role for six months during our busy summer months, with the possibility of it becoming a permanent role subject to performance. We are looking for people who are passionate about food and customer service. Barista training would be an advantage.

Duties include:

  • Preparing food and drink to cater for our artisan style seasonal menus
  • Presenting and merchandising the food offer to standards required
  • Serving food and drinks to a wide range of customers with a smile
  • Following WTW food Safety Policies to ensure high hygiene standards

Café Assistant may also be required to help on the sport desk where needed.

FA Level 1 Coach
Member of FA Licensed coaches club (Safeguarding, First Aid)
Available both Saturday & Sunday morning.

*Desirable:
FA Level 2 coach
Experience working at grassroots football club, in foundation phase U7 – U12

Good communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills.
