Welcome to the Studio at Will to Win, a warm and open space for both beginners and seasoned yogis to explore Yoga – the perfect place to Relax, Restore and Recharge.
Our bright and serene studio is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of central London, located in the beautiful surroundings of the Regent’s Park, this peaceful haven is the ideal setting for your practice to unfold.
Our indoor yoga classes are rooted in traditional yoga practices, they are open level and all are welcome.

Yoga for Sports specializes in deep stretching and injury prevention, as well as finding stillness and focus in the mind, which is hugely beneficial in removing mental blocks and taking your game to the next level.
Classes are open to all levels!

Pilates for Sports is a dynamic class toning and strengthening the entire body. Focusing on core stability and developing lower back strength, as well as isolating movement in the upper and lower body. Excellent for all sports.

Yin yoga focusing on postures held for 2-3 minutes to deeply stretch muscles and fascia. In the stillness of the postures students are encouraged to find stillness and focus in the mind. Let go of the need to do and just be.

Our studio is a place to relax, stretch and unwind. Let go of how flexible or strong you think you could or should be, be kind to yourself and enjoy your session!
If you’re new to Yoga, it’s common to feel nervous, but don’t worry, we all have to start somewhere. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll feel safe and confident on your mat, and after your first few classes you’ll wonder how you ever lived without Yoga!
All you need to bring is comfy clothing and a towel. We have all the rest: mats, blocks and bolsters to borrow free of charge, plus a fridge stocked with healthy refreshments and treats for after your session in our on-site café.
When you arrive at our sports centre, speak to one of our helpful reception staff who will help direct you to the studio. Once inside, let the instructor know that it’s your first class and they will guide and assist you throughout.

ABOUT YOGA FOR SPORTS
Yoga for Sports was set-up by senior yoga teacher Lottie in 2014, since then she has built a team of dedicated Pilates and Yoga teachers specialising in dynamic mindful movement and deep stretching for sports.
Yoga classes are informed by extensive yoga trainings in India, as well as experience teaching at Lord’s Cricket Ground, Holland Park Tennis Club, and with coaches at the London Cycling Club.
Yoga supports the many physical and mental aspects of life. All our classes are open level and aim to improve students’ flexibility, core stability and strength.
