Services for local authorities
Will to Win works with local authorities to develop public sports centres. The Win to Win model is achieved for all stakeholders by the following agreement:
- A lease created whereby Will to Win takes responsibility of the capital investment- (courts- pavilions- services etc)
- Will to Win applying for and obtaining full planning permission for the development
- The local community benefiting from affordable well run facilities – with a professionally delivered coaching and facility management programme
- WTW controlling and managing the revenue from operations
- The council agreeing the court charges with WTW
This model has proven very successful at 5 public venues over the past 15 years- and Will to Win manage over 50 courts.
