Steve Riley is owner and director of Will to Win Ltd and runs it with his wife Kathryn - ably assisted by Sarah his PA based at the head office in Regents Park
It was set up by him in Twickenham 15 years ago and has flourished with now over 45 courts and 30 tennis professionals
Steves initial tennis experiences as Recreation manager in Dubai paved the way to a carreer in tennis following graduation from Loughborough University.
Subsequent jobs with Wilson Sports and at Richmond and Campden Hill LTC developed the skills required to develop centres of his own.
Direct control of the programme and putting kids at the forefront of the centres were but 2 of the key opjectives.
The Win- Win formula, GREAT COUNCIL COURTS / A THRIVING COACHING PROGRAMME / VALUE QUALITY FACILITIES / AND A WELCOMING FIRST EXPERIENCE has been a great success.
Steve now acts as a consultant to the Tennis Foundation (charitable arm of the LTA) is qualified to the highest LTA level and still plays county tennis for Middlesex.
